Refund Policy
Last Updated: 26 February 2026 · Effective Date: 26 February 2026
1. Overview
1.1 This Refund Policy governs all requests for refunds, reversals, and credits related to purchases made through the FujiCraft webstore (the "Store"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out herein.
1.2 All items sold through the Store are digital goods delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Because delivery is instant and irreversible, refunds are granted only in the specific circumstances described in this Policy.
1.3 This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, our Terms of Service prevail.
2. General Non-Refundability of Digital Goods
2.1 As a general rule, all purchases of digital goods — including ranks, cosmetics, perks, in-game currency, and one-time entitlements (collectively, "Virtual Items") — are final and non-refundable once delivery has been confirmed.
2.2 This policy is consistent with consumer protection frameworks that recognise the non-refundability of digital content once access has been granted and the consumer has been clearly informed prior to purchase.
2.3 You are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions and server rules prior to completing a purchase. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with gameplay mechanics, or personal circumstances unrelated to our fulfilment obligations.
3. Eligible Refund Circumstances
3.1 Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery. A Virtual Item was not delivered within a reasonable period following confirmed payment, and the non-delivery is attributable to a fault on our part rather than a Mojang platform outage, incorrect username entry, or client-side issue;
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error;
- Delivery to incorrect account. A Virtual Item was delivered to a Minecraft account other than the one specified, due to an error on our part (not due to the purchaser supplying an incorrect username);
- Technical impossibility. A purchased Virtual Item is permanently and irreparably non-functional due to a server-side fault, and we are unable to remediate the issue within a reasonable period;
- Unauthorised transaction. You provide credible evidence that the transaction was made without your authorisation and was not facilitated by your own negligence.
3.2 Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- The Virtual Item has been used, redeemed, or otherwise accessed;
- Your access to the Server has been suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms of Service, community rules, or Mojang's EULA;
- The purchase was made using an incorrect Minecraft username supplied by you;
- You have experienced temporary server downtime, maintenance, or performance issues that do not constitute a permanent service failure;
- The request is made more than thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, except in cases of documented unauthorised transactions.
4. Subscription Refunds
4.1 Initial subscription period. Subscriptions are charged in advance for the applicable billing cycle. The initial payment for a new subscription is non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced and benefits have been granted.
4.2 Renewal charges. If a subscription renews and you contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge and have not accessed or used the renewed subscription benefits during that period, we will consider a refund of the renewal charge on a case-by-case basis.
4.3 Cancellation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle, except as required by applicable mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
4.4 Discontinued subscription tiers. If we permanently discontinue a subscription tier, any prepaid amounts covering the period following the effective discontinuation date will be refunded on a prorated basis in accordance with Section 6.6 of our Terms of Service.
5. Partial Refunds
5.1 Where an order contains multiple Virtual Items and only a subset is affected by an eligible refund circumstance under Section 3.1, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund limited to the affected items rather than a full order refund.
5.2 Partial refunds will be calculated based on the individual unit price of the affected items at the time of purchase, after deducting any applicable discounts or coupon codes applied proportionally.
6. Refund Process
6.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Support Channel at fujicraftmc@gmail.com within the applicable timeframes set out in this Policy. Requests submitted through in-game chat, Discord, or other unofficial channels will not be processed.
6.2 Your refund request must include:
- Your Minecraft username;
- The email address used at checkout;
- The order ID or Stripe PaymentIntent ID;
- A clear description of the issue and the basis for your refund request.
6.3 We will acknowledge your request within our standard support response window and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Stripe, Inc.
6.4 Refunds typically appear on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days following approval, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times.
6.5 We reserve the right to revoke any associated Virtual Items upon approval of a refund, including removal of ranks, perks, and entitlements from the Server.
7. Chargebacks
7.1 Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first submitting a refund request through our Support Channel constitutes a breach of these Terms. We strongly encourage you to contact us before disputing a charge with your financial institution.
7.2 Where a chargeback is filed in bad faith or without reasonable grounds ("friendly fraud"), we reserve the right to take the actions described in Section 7 of our Terms of Service, including permanent revocation of entitlements and banning of associated accounts.
8. Consumer Rights
8.1 Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to statutory cancellation rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, or equivalent legislation.
8.2 Where applicable law grants you a right to withdraw from a digital content contract within a statutory cooling-off period, that right may be waived upon your express acknowledgement — prior to or at the time of purchase — that delivery has commenced and you consent to the loss of the withdrawal right. Where such waiver has not been obtained in compliance with applicable law, your statutory rights are unaffected.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1 We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting of the revised Policy. This Policy does not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to the effective date of any amendment.
